Corrections & requests
Everything here is measured, which means anything here can be wrong. If a figure does not survive contact with your own data, say so — a correction that holds gets published on the revisions page with the reason, not quietly patched. You can also ask for a dataset we have not cut yet, or nominate a sector for the observatory.
What happens next
Corrections are checked against the primary source — the specification, the dataset, or a fresh measurement — before anything changes. If the correction holds, the figure is updated and the change is recorded on the revisions page, including what was wrong and why. If it does not hold, and you left an address, you get the reasoning back.
Sector nominations are useful in proportion to the detail. A sector becomes measurable when there is an honest sample to measure: a list of sites nobody picked to flatter the result. Say which organisations belong in it and why that set is representative — the methodology explains the standard each observatory has to meet.
